About the Role
Administrative Coordinators are responsible for supporting the Executive Administrative Officer in administrative tasks including but not limited to note-taking, agenda preparation, email preparation etc.
Requirements
Qualifications and Essential Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong knowledge in mailchimp, or other mailing list servers.
General knowledge of non-profits
Passionate about Black community engagement and social justice
Access to a laptop and basic understanding of Zoom, Google and Slack
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Executive Administrative Officer in preparing
Creating and sending monthly emails to our mailing list.
Ensure that BIA general emails are shared with the Executive Team and responded to in a timely manner.
Tracking all Coordinator Hours.
